Every day the school activities get commenced with the prayer assembly. The School prayer assembly starts at 9.45 am on weekdays, while its starts at 7.45 am on Saturdays. Prayers are a good source of passing the morals and values to the students . Morning assembly conducted in the schools everyday play a vital role in imposing good morals among the students and it gets registered in their mind very quickly. Not only this, the prayer assembly helps them to come, breathe well and to acclimatize to the school, so that, they can easily start to focus on their classes.

The prayer assembly involves various aspects like, singing the Karnataka State Anthem (Jai Bharath Jananiya Tanujathe……………, written by Rashtrakavi Kuvempu), then the National Anthem (Jana Gana Mana………………, written by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore); after this, the designated students (one from UKG to Gr. IV) will say the Thought for the Day; the designated students (one from Gr. V to Gr. IX) will read out the News Headlines of the Day, followed by the Birthday Wishes, (if any) special announcements, special speech on special occasions, and the assembly ends with a Vachana by all the students. These deliberate special assembly activities are certainly helping us to boost the confidence of our school children to face the world with immense confidence.

Another special aspect of the assembly is that while all the students of the school sing both State and National Anthems two students play background music using Key board and Tabala and also very melodious musical birthday wishes.
